After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that your order was placed successfully, but it does not include tracking details.

Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation. This email includes your tracking number and tracking link.

Use the DHL tracking link in your shipping email, or copy the tracking number into the DHL tracking page. Please also check your spam folder if you can’t find the email.
