Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and refer to business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany and in the destination country.
If a different delivery time is stated on the relevant product page or during checkout, that delivery time applies.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom, additional import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country, are not collected by us, and must be borne by the customer.
Certain EU special territories may require customs handling or may not be available for standard checkout shipping. If shipping to your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Failed delivery or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the parcel was not collected, or acceptance was refused, we may charge the shipping costs for a new shipment.
This does not apply where you were not responsible for the failed delivery or where mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.
