What are the shipping options?

We usually ship with DHL. Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders every business day. Delivery times depend on your country and DHL’s current processing times. Orders within Germany usually arrive faster than international orders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, clean and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back or start a return process here (recommended).

Can I exchange an item?

Direct exchanges are usually not guaranteed. If you need another size or product, please contact us or start the process here (recommended). Depending on stock availability, we will let you know the best solution.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International availability, shipping cost, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for supported countries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major card payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on your country, additional local payment methods such as Bancontact, BLIK, EPS or iDEAL/Wero may be available for you at checkout.

How do coupon codes work?

You can enter your coupon code at checkout before completing your order. If you clicked a link or scanned a QR code to claim a coupon, the discount will usually be added automatically at checkout.

Why does my coupon code not work?

Check that the code is entered correctly and has not expired. If the issue remains, contact us before placing your order and include the coupon code you tried to use.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will try to help. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Will sold-out items come back?

Some items may be limited and may not restock. If a product is sold out, follow our updates or sign up to our newsletter to stay informed about restocks and new drops.

How do I find the right size?

Follow the care label inside the garment. In general, wash gently, turn inside out, avoid high heat and do not tumble dry unless the care label allows it. This helps preserve the fabric, fit and details.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers, and checkout transactions are encrypted. We only use your information to process your order, provide customer support and operate our shop according to our privacy policy.
