Return shipping
For standard returns, you bear the direct costs of return shipping unless stated otherwise. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with photos before sending it back so we can review the issue and arrange the next steps.
Item condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition. Product tags and labels must still be attached, and original packaging should be included where possible. We cannot accept standard returns with signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, missing parts, or removed labels.
Custom items
VERSUS CLUB CUSTOMS items are made or personalized according to individual specifications and are handled separately. These items are not eligible for standard returns or withdrawal unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Goods made to order or clearly personalized can be excluded from the usual 14-day cooling-off period.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may wait until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof of dispatch. Additional shipping costs beyond the standard delivery option may not be refundable.
