1. CHECK ELIGIBILITY
Review our Refund Policy to confirm your item qualifies. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Partner Program and made-to-order items are excluded.
2. CONTACT US
Write an email to support@versusclub.de with the subject Return Request. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason. We’ll confirm if the return is accepted and send you the next steps.
3. PREPARE AND PACK
After confirmation, download the Return Form — we’ll also send it to you by email. Complete it and place it inside the package. Pack the items securely and label the parcel with our return address.
4. SHIP THE PACKAGE
Send it with any trackable carrier. You cover return shipping costs. Keep the receipt and tracking number until the refund is completed.
5. REFUND
Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or process an exchange if agreed. You’ll get an email once it’s done.
